That is an EXCELLENT book. One to buy and keep to reference!
So is HOW I GAVE UP LOW FAT DIETING AND LOST 40 POUNDS by Dana Carpenter. Both those books were worth their "weight" in gold! 
Not sure what a Turtle is and why there's a club?? I'm sure the info is here somewhere? |
