for your thorough answers to my questions. Yes I do feel rather overwhelmed by all the info and I do not want to be discouraged by it not working. I had actually seriously considered doing the Fat Flush until I realized how stringent it was and how EXPENSIVE with all the supplements and cranberry juice.
So now I have a couple more questions ![Stick Out Tongue](/images/smilies/tongue.gif) Hope you don't mind.
1. But about flax seed. What is the carb count? I can't seem to find it.
2. And do you ever use protein powder and have shakes?
3. finally, one of the things I remember about the CAD is that I got VERY tired of food in general. Everything felt tasteless after awhile which was another reason why I stopped. Have you ever experienced this?
4. oh one more ![Wink](/images/smilies/wink.gif) do you use any supplements?
Thank you sooo much for your help and encouragement. I see we have about the same weight start and to go. Although I am 53 and on HRT and dealing with severe stress issues, I am hoping this will help.
