if you follow them correctly. The question is which one is best for you and only you.

Do you want a DIET or a new way of eating that you can adhere to and actually want to follow? Remember that when you go OFF a diet the weight WILL come back. After all, the reason you need a diet is the way you were eating to start with. When you accomplish your goal of a lower weight and go back to eating the "normal" way, you will be right back where you started and more. It doesn't matter if you were following Atkins, WW, PP or _______(fill in the blank).
