Marlaine is right, just a warning though. I had a month of lag time but It could have because I lost 20lbs in 2 weeks. (I'm suppose to eat veggies?  ) I had made some mistakes and lost too fast. So base what you have lost to as well as fat intake to see if your energy returns.
