great for making sugar free cordial
but also great for putting in anything that needs abit of flavour
Unstweetend youghurt 4g carb 100ml - throw in abit of thriftee very nice sweet youghurt
great for making protein shakes with abit of flavour
need a sweet topping.. cream and thriftee

(mke sure you get the sugr free kind i think the other stuff would kill you)
