That's how it was with me - like SCREAMING pain for up to 20 minutes after a pee  - and it was way worse on the days my carbs were REALLY low, so I just carry a huge glass of water around with me all the time now and whenever I can I swig about half of it down - especially when I feel like I'm going to have to "go" soon, no way do I want to chance not having that urine diluted enough. |
