My goals for January are:

Increase water and green tea every day.
Exercise 5x per week.
Develop an awareness of what I eat. No more mindless munching--just 3 meals and 2 snacks.

Start weight: 175
Jan. goal: 169

Uggh! I hate to think it will take a whole month to lose what I gained since Thanksgiving!
