I know this thread is old but I enjoyed reading all the stuff that was in peoples fridges... gives some new ideas!

I don't know if you're still around lil2thick, but no, corn is usually not allowed on Atkin's or any LC plan. You shouldn't eat it anyway, it can stay in your system for months!

Sullengirl... I love Johnsonville bratwurst... it's awesome... also the garlic one is great!

Well, here is my list on a normal day...

Frozen, boneless, skinless breast strips (really easy to just pull a few out)
Chicken thighs
Ground beef
Steaks
Pork chops
usually one at a time pork roast, beef roast, a whole turkey or whole chickens for the rotisserie
Bacon
Fresh sausage, or smoked
Ham slices
Big box of burgers and hotdogs
Many diff kinds of cheeses
Eggs, of course
Buttermilk
Garlic Pickles
Hot peppers
Lettuce
Cabbage
Cherry tomatoes
Yogurt
Green beans
Asparagus
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Spinach
Ranch dressing (always a must)
Mayo
Tons of butter
And on top of the fridge is my sunflower seeds, cajun nut mix and slimjims (I think my only processed garbage)
I do have carb-something-or-other cookies and ice cream, but I haven't had any of these and I don't know if I want to!

Maybe we could get this thread goin again!?
