Sure it will. As I said in the earlier post, the drop in blood pH (associated with increased lactic acid) will result in increased levels of GH.

However, and this is a very big however, the increase is not significant enough to affect you, at least in terms of changing your body. The effects are minimal. I personally feel that focusing on exercise induced increases in GH is not a worthwhile endeavour. It's minutia.

Train hard with compound exercises, and you're on your way to a hot body.
