I've lost 20lbs and before I started losing I ALWAYS put my back to the scale at the docs office - I never wanted to know!! But now that I started losing I wanted to believe the weight was really coming off and my doc's scale was the same as mine - talk about shock - I've never heard of such a thing!  I can fully understand what you're saying though and maybe once I've lost more than 20 I just might do the same!
