Okay - short one today.
I did, however, get up a new pic.

I have to admit I'm pretty happy with my results so far. The before and after shots really give me a bit too much credit. It has to do with the pose for each and the position of my waistband. But all in all, again, I'm pretty happy.
Besides, I could walk around holding my stomach in if I wanted.. lol
Here is all I did for workout today:

After that I pulled out the straight bar and was ready to do chest, shoulders, and triceps, but listening to my body and feeling it I could just kind of tell that this would be a good day to give it one more rest. I think I need a little more recovery.
