I'm on my first attempt ever to quit smoking. I've been smoking for only 4-5 years to replace addictions. But now I suspect it has an adverse effect on insulin resistance and may not be very helpful to my weight-loss.

I'v gone cold Turkey for 12 hours now, and so far so good.
