My mom made the Christmas Yule Log that's in the Atkins for Life book. It was sooooo good, everybody raved about it and couldn't believe it was LC. It does have a bittersweet chocolate frosting so if you're not into the "dark" chocolate flavor then I'd advise adding splenda or something to make that part a bit sweeter, but I loved it. I only wish there were more folks replying to this with more sweets made from it. That's been hard for me to find too. I click on recipes but it's hit/miss to find stuff made with the mix. I have a bunch of cookbooks but they require so many "weird" ingredients that I don't have around that I need to start experimenting with my old recipes and the mix more. Annie
