Hi
I live on Bribie Island north of Brisbane , and strangely enough I was looking at a packet of gluten flour just yesterday afternoon and thinking "what the heck would you use that for?". It was in our local IGA supermarket in the flours section where they keep ground rice, cornflour and stuff. If you have an IGA chain in S.A. there might be a national product database they could check.. also remember that a lot of chemists sell health foods and they all purchase from warehouses. If you have a health-foody-type chemist in your area they could at least check their warehouse for you.
cheers

ps. Oat flour could probably be made nicely by whizzing up a couple of cups of oatmeal or even rolled oats in the blender.
