hi, i am so glad to hear i am not the only one to be at a stand still....my h. lost 40 lbs, and i waver between 159-162 and i started at 167. i am hoping it is because i was at 162 for 5 years and its where my body wants to stay i, on the other hand, want the scale to go down-down-down.
