Also, on a LC WOE, your body tends to *speak* to you in different ways - you have to be more careful to listen to the different signals.

I found that *hunger pangs* were different too, a lot to get used to on this WOE. Once you get the hang of it tho, it's a piece of cake. (so to speak )
