This used to really bother me at first. Now Ive just learned to just say that whats good for me may not be good for you and more on.

As for whats gonna happen when you start eating a lot of carbs again.... what happens to anyone that goes on a diet who then goes back to their old way of eating?

If you want you can explain that over time we slowly introduce new carbs and we learn which carbs are better for us and which are not based on many things including how our body reacts to them, whether they trigger cravings etc. We also learn proper portion control with carbohydrates and we will never go back to being the carb addicts we were.

This is a lifestyle change and our choice, and you dont need to answer to anyone.
