I haven't looked at bread either since starting this WOL. I will try these rolls when I get home. I do not have a printer available out here in the sunshine, nor do I have paper and pen at this time, but next time we come to "sign on" will make sure I have said equipment!
I thought there were some packaged bread mixes out by Atkins, has anyone tried them?
