Hi! One of my favorite foods is fried chicken. Take 1/4 stick of butter and put it in a baking dish and put it in the oven until the butter melts. Mix 1/2 cup baking mix, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp black pepper and a little bit of salt (you can change the mixture to your liking depending on how strong you want the flavor) wet the chicken with water and heavily cover the chicken with the mixture (I use the thin breast strips) and place in the melted butter. Bake at 360ish for 10 minutes, flip and bake another 10 minutes. While this is cooking you can sautee some olive oil, butter, fresh garlic and pepper with broccoli to get a GREAT easy to make side dish. My hubby and I have this at least twice a week. You can also bread flounder and fry it if you like "fish and chips!" Happy low-carbing!
