Im starting the modified fat fast today. My starting weight is 142. This diet isnt much different then mine except a little higher and fat and lower in calories, so I dont have a problem with it. I find the fat fast a little harsh though, I even ate some oil a few times *shudders* But this feels alot healthier to me.

Breakfast: 1/2 avacado with s&p

Snack:Macadanian nuts

Lunch: I hard boiled egg with 1 tablesoon of mayo, pepper

Dinner: 1/2 avacado with s&p

Miller light (cant remember how many)

Well I obviously didnt eat enough yesterday, ended up going out and not having time. DO NOT DRINK ON THE FAT FAST! Even of its the modified one that Im doing. You would think that eating 90% fat would be good for drinking. I had a few beers last night, not alot, and I got very very sick. Probably because I didnt eat much, but I drank like 150 oz's of water yesterday, it couldnt have been dehydration. Well I currently weigh 139, but I know that its just from getting sick last night and being dehydrated this morning. Im sure that the weight will come right back on today, so Im not even going to bother changing my stats.
