Brie is fine - quite low in carbs - I tend to eat a lot of it! Try to stick to the 4oz that it says in the book - but if you read the slightly older edition you can have"unlimited" (ie as long as you count it into carb total cause cheese does have some carbs) cheese. At the mo I'm increasing my carbs so I can have a couple more cheesy biscuits
