Hi, Bess! I've been wondering how you were doing - so glad you got time to post !

As for your supper carb count, I think you're right on track ! You did remember to subtract out the fiber in the green beans, right? And to answer your other question, yes - you are correct on that too. Just add all ingredients and their values and divide by number of servings. Because I'm a control freak, I always portion out a recipe after it's made to make sure I get even-sized servings but that is just being anal and is not necessary !
