those were the most motivating words that I have heard in a LONG time!!!! I will think of that next time I want something sweet! I went on a cheat streak for about a month but SOMEHOW, I didnt gain anything. But Ive been back on for 4 days and have lost 2 pounds already and Im almost at my 120 mark that I havent seen in like 5 years!!!!!!!
