After two months away, I'm jumping right back into my WO routine.
Today: upper body
Warm-up: carrying 2 six-packs of beer home from the store
side lat raises: 3 sets of 10
bicep curls: 3 sets of 12
oblique raises: 3 sets of 11 on each side
ab sucker-inners: 3 x 30 seconds
good ol' fashioned ab curl ups: 3 sets of 11
