Whole fat dairy is the key
I know dairy isn't for everyone. But for me, it fills a satisfaction slot, provides fat and nutrients like vitamin K, and is a fermented food I like. Sour cream dressings are great with steak. I can make a meal of shrimp, cheese, and dill pickle in a way nothing else satisfies.
