Need new Organic spices on candida diet?
 

Will my slightly old convential spices be moldy or otherwise contaminated?
What about non-organic mint or green tea?

Just to be safe, I threw out the very old spices (older than a year) I had and replaced them with organic ones (from a local health food store). I still use regular brand spices like McCormick,though...

I decided to grow my own spices too, such as parsley, chives, and rosemary...

It's close to impossible not to use regular spices (AKA "zipped with radiation" as some anti-candida sites claim)...
