Back of Anke Skin Scaling...

Not sure if I am the only one with this problem...

I do the research to get the best running shoes...make sure I am properly fitted...by good running socks...but I still have this issue where my shoes rub against the back of my ankles when I walk/jog on the treadmill.

By the end of my workouts I have a scab and/or some bleeding from this. And its obviously a little annoying and slows me down working out.

What can I do to resolve this?

If you have had the shoes properly fitted and they are still rubbing (after a short break in period for the shoes), it may be time to see a podiatrist to evaluate what is happening. Properly fitting shoes shouldn't do that.
