Newbie from Perth
 

Hello to everyone,

I have been on LC since early Feb. Wanting a healthy change in lifestyle, so here I am. Have been visiting the general Atkins forum over the past month and finally decided to join up, and found this Aus link which is re-assuring as all the product talk from the U.S can be confusing!

Any advice in navigating myself through this forum? Any good tips?

My best advice about navigating around the forum is to just take your time and click on whatever takes your fancy. Some forums have "sticky" threads that are well worth reading. The stickies in Introduce Yourself, Newbies Questions and the Comments Box and Technical Questions forums have loads of information. It's also a good idea to have a look at the various bits of info on the green menu bars.

And finally - starting a journal is also a really good idea. Other members will usually visit with offers of advice and friendship. :thup:
