microwave bread and butter pickles
 

Found this recipe and adapted it to low carb.

1 large cucumber, sliced
1 t. salt
1 onion, sliced
1/2 t mustard seeds
2/3 c. splenda
1/2 c white vinegar
1/4 t celery seed
1/4 t ground tumeric

Combine everything. Microwave on high 4 minutes. Stir. Microwave another 4 or until cucumbers are tender and onions translucent. Yum!!
