X-carber's Workout Log
I thought I would try this to see what needs to be picked up and what needs to be toned down. Hopefully this help me keep track of what I'm doing. I love to walk, so it will probably be alot of walking. So here goes...............
so far I walked 3 miles this morning. Looking to do more before the end of the day. |
was able to also get about 60 mins of taebo exercises in today. Eventhough I didn't do a full stretch afterwards and I am a little achey, I feel really good!!

morning - 4.4 miles around the neighborhood (2.2 with DH)
evening - 0.5 miles (wasn't feeling well) |
morning - 4.4 miles (2.2 miles with DH)
evening - 1.0 mile |
morning - 2.2 miles around the neighborhood
evening - 35mins. of taebo aerobics |
Just started doing something new, so I want to keep track of it.
