• 2.5" white/dark chocolate mousse
• 6" 480g dark chocolate torte cake
• dark Callebaut Couverture chocolate chunks sold by random weight (this is probably what brought on the baking frenzy ;) )
• plain cheesecake, 4" or 7" sizes (so they've got plain maltitol as well as the s.f. chocolate, in the house).
