Just the Flax Muffins.. question

I love the Just the Flax muffins... I am wondering how to modify it to make pumpkin flax muffins?

Try adding 1/2 cup of pumpkin and add ground nutmeg and ginger. But I'm not saying this works, it's just off the top of my head. :)

I've tried this and found that you really have to watch the moisture. Pumpkin/flax pudding didn't go over with my friends. One more reason to have a dog I guess.
