Hi I think this is a great improvement since I was here last year! Yes, back again but much more positive! I am finding it tricky to put in some UK ingrediants but finding my way around this, but what I cant undersatnd is when I put in my daily summary and it says 'glasses of water' but I acnt find how to enter them..any ideas?

Yes, if you enter water in your daily food intake, it will add them to you water intake.

Current water items:

You can add any of these to your favourite food list, or into a bulk entry.

You can also create a custom entry for your water intake. It will add up any amount entered as "drinking water" for custom items.
