HI

Can anyone tell me where can i get a REAL low carb chewing gum or anything which can clear my bad breath as quickly as possible?? cos i'm having a job interview tomorrow!!!!!
btw, is SMINT allowed??

to be honest I use sugar free gum or mints they are usually 1 carb gram per piece, so far it hasent stalled my weight.
ps drinking loads more water diluted the ketones that cause the smelly breath!!

Hi Helen

Good luck with the interview. Most sugar free chewing gum is lg per piece, so that is fine as Lynda has said.

I've got the airwaves gum in my bag and have not found it a problem.
