All Don Pablos adding lc fajitas & margaritas!

Woo hoo! Finally, Don Pablos is jumping on the lc bandwagon. They have restaurants in 19 states so that affects many of us!

18 carbs in one fajita? And that with lettuce wrapper???
Hell the ones I make at home with low carb tortillas are under 10 carbs each.......

I wonder if they've taken into account the fiber in the veggies? If not, 18 carbs could be reduced to possibly 10 or 12. Just a thought.

ya but its still in lettuce.... I would prefer making my own and using the lowcarb tortilas. Much more yummy than a piece of lettuce.

According to their website, this is the breakdown for the entire dish:

Meat 15-16 carbs less 3 carb fiber
Sauce 3 carbs
Lettuce 1.16 carbs
Vegetables 8 carbs less 2 carb fiber

Total: Approx 23 carbs (not including cheese, sour cream, etc.)

Not too bad for the entire meal!

yikes! what are they adding to the meat to make it 15 carbs!!! WOW!

still.. gotta love those 1.5 carb margaritas!
Just keep the chips away (not that they're any good! :( )
