"Mrs. Winners" That mean she devil!
 

After 18 days of being almost perfect, and sometimes not even reaching 10 carbs a day...I cheated! Oh no!!!!
I had a coke and a Mrs. Winners chicken biscuit! The funny part is the coke was not all that great.

It has been a long weekend and my kids and I have been going everywhere. My son needed to be at Football at 7am this morning!

I had not eaten since 4 pm Friday afternoon, by this morning I was starving and I thought I was going to faint. I am a single mom and getting my kids everywhere sometimes is very interesting.
SO I CHEATED!!! But the rest of the day has been fine! :cry:

just drink extra water and look at it this way tommorow is another day... dont sweat the small stuff ... :) have a great day!!!
