Tried this one last night and it was pretty good. But, I think I will try baking it next time instead of broiling. The ranch dressing hardly got warm because the cheese got brown so fast.
But overall it was yum! Tonight I try the Pizza Quiche :) |
Glad you like it. I find baking it makes everything bubbly and gooey. Yum.

Sandra, this sounds SO good....I'm not a big bacon fan (I know! what's wrong with me? Emeril keeps saying that 'Pork Fat Rules!' but not so much for me) what if I sub the bacon with mushrooms??

I know that you posted this recipe long, long ago, BUT I just had to write and say have Fabulous it is! We loved it! I didn't have Jack cheese so I used Colby Jack, and I baked it the whole time, no broiling - but I cant tell you how much we loved it. It will be made weekly around here for awhile! It is great to find something new to do that we all like so well. Thanks for posting!
