Wobenzym Could Help With Fibromyalgia
 

I've been doing some general surfing to get some info on this Wobenzym product - preferably testimonials that sound like they come from real people - and came across this little thing:

It's available online in the USA and sounds promising.

I am thinking of trying this. I dont have fibromyalgia I have chronic fatigue. It is too pricy though.I would like to see more testimonial before i venture into this.

I'll try and find some more info for you. Fibro and CF seem to be linked so it could be useful for both.

I'm done with trying these weird supplements that cost a ton of money and do nothing. I think they are all just a scam. But that's my personal opinion, YMMV.

I absolutely understand your point of view!!! I am using myself as a guinea-pig to see if taking these "systemic enzymes" will clear up some inflammation. On the whole, after taking these for about ten days now, I can report that I do feel more energetic!!! But you never know, it could be the placebo effect...

Anyway, I have found one American therapist who uses systemic enzymes to treat FM, CFS and a whole heap of other things. She was a sufferer herself and now treats others. She's called Gloria Gilbère and has a website - type her name + dot.com. She has also written various books, including one called "Invisible Illnesses", which is available from Amazon.com. The reviews aren't all favourable, but this book gets the best reviews. Perhaps you could get this book and see for yourself what she says about CFS and her natural solutions? If you like what she says, you can always then give the Wobenzym (or something similar, but cheaper) a try.

I've been trying the Wobenyzmes from Garden of Life for a few months now. They do seem to help with flexibility and having less pain.

I also take hyaluronic acid and collagen, which help a good deal.

I've had great luck w Wobie! I've also taken another, similar product called vascuzyme by orthomolecular, which was even more expensive... both were effective, but the vascuzyme didn't smell weird or give me the mild body odor that wobie does...

bromelain is cheaper and worked okay.. all the other enzymes were a waste..

andrographis also helps.. I take planetary herbals... cheap.

Am using a less expensive systemic enzyme with the same ingredients and amounts as Wobenzyme, along with Braggenzymes. I find they help take away pain, and increase flexibility.

Can't say for sure, yet, but they seem to help with pollen allergy symptoms, too.
