Homemade SF maple syrup
 

I'm wondering if anyone has made their own. I found 2 recipes online that have basically the same ingredients, but the processes are different. I'm wondering which one to try first.

I'm planning on making one or the other today, so I hope I get some input from knowledgeable people! If not, I'll just say eeny,meeny, miny, moe. :D

Hi Bonnie. I've never tried, but I noticed both of those recipes are similar and would probably work. If it was me, I'd just melt some butter and add the maple extract and sweetener to taste, but I don't know if you're trying to make a larger batch or not...

(I chimed in, but I'm hardly the person to ask. I was never a fan of maple syrup. I'm a terrible Canadian, I know... )
