wow

So you just anything you want as long as its just one meal a day? Wow! Don't think I could do that one.

Several ways to get there, cold turkey, or work down to one.
OMAD is technically only one meal a day, BUT individual results vary. WHen I finish the meal with a sweet, like pie, I get car cravings, so nosweets or high carbs for me. APparently others can have the high carb item.

If OMAD is not for you, then perhaps just 2 meals, with in a short span of 6 hours, that allows a period of time for ketosis, IF your meals are composed carefully. Binge eating for 2 meals with breads, pasta, etc is not the way to go. Eat clean meats and low carb vegies for the most part.

OMAD works best if you are low-carbing in my opinion.

Billy, have you tried OMAD????? Hoping to connect with some one experienced.

I've only been doing OMAD for a couple days a week and then only for a few weeks now, usually when I'm just too busy to make/get a meal.

So I'm not very experienced at all.

only 30 days for me with 2 days of 2 meals. hit a stall.
possibly too much food in one sitting, split into 2 might be better. I suspect too many carbs at once is messing up ketosis.

I am OMAD, or more accurately 23/1 to 22/2, but only semi-low carb. I got there very gradually by being 19/5 (as per Dr Bert Herring) for a few years first.
