I am still not exercising but I am trying to stay more active. So I am keeping track of my steps using my Fitbit. During the weekends, I do keep myself busy but I normally don't wear my fitbit all day (I like to wear my nice watches), so I don't keep track of steps on weekends.

300 sqauts ,100 jumping jacks, elliptical traning, jumping rope, 50 push ups
One hour hike, one hour strength trainning, one hour swim class.

Maral. That is a work out for sure. Are they keeping calaries lower and teaching better ways to eat for health and weight loss?
Give tips as you can. But great job.
In fact today going to do tredmil and I will do 50 ab crushes.
