Hi Lynda

I think macadama nuts are lovely too, perhaps we should demand Sainsbury's to make bigger bags!! :agree:
Tried to get some in Somerfield today they only had the Planters brand and they were £3 something, and it was only a little tin. That will stop me moaning about the price of Sainsbury's.

Never tried them before this diet, can't believe i have been missing out all these years. Much nicer than my old favourite Cashew's and a lot lot less carbs. :)

By the way i blew 9g of carbs on my first meal today and i feel great :yay: appetite is well and truely back and i ate a good lunch and dinner. Can't believe it came back so quickly.

Hope your eating better too

I think I have learnt a valuble lesson make sure you eat enough carbs!!
I have energy now, I felt so weak and tired and looked like a bag of pants!!
Glad to hear your appetite is back so let us both make sure we are eating enough carbs!!

Sounds like you have both learned a valuable lesson. This is not a no carb way of life!

Glad to hear that you are feeling so much better.
