Blender Hollandaise Sauce
You will never use those little packets again!
4 egg yolks 1/2 of salt 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Dash of cayenne pepper 1 stick butter melted and hot Blend egg yolks salt, lemon juice and cayenne pepper in blender. While blender is running, slowly dribble in butter. Use immediately or transfer to a pre-warmed thermos Per Serving : 264 Calories; 28g Fat (94.4% calories from fat); 3g Protein; 1g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 275mg Cholesterol; 508mg Sodium.
