Want to boost your IQ and promote health and wellness? Eat beef made from cattle — it’s as simple as that!

Panda-monium (sorry - I couldn't resist the pun - insert groans here)

No meat = no carnosine, no heme-iron, no vitamin B12, no CLA, and not all the essential amino acids.

Plus canola oil (probably laced with round-up), Methylcellulose (a bulk-forming laxative), Natural Flavor (anything including the anal sac of a beaver is considered natural flavor - this is true), Maltodextrin (starch that converts to sugar), Potato Starch, Modified Food Starch (not only starch but processed) Succinic Acid (look that one up in Wikipedia), and a few other things I am not going to eat.

Add to the fact that the fertilizer industry puts 100 times the methane than all the cow farts and burps, plus adds CO2 to the atmosphere, and the soy burger is much, much worse for the environment.

But the majority of the people on this planet will do whatever the advertisers tell them to do and refuse to think for themselves.

Sorry for the minor rant ;)
