*Ahem* a small goal met.

A variation of the whoosh fairy! I've been checking my body fat % with my new scale, and for the month or so I've had it, my weight has gone down, but the bodyfat % has bounced between 35-36%....

Finally, it's down to 33%!!!! :yay:

Hey, that is great PF! I have never known my body fat %, and I think maybe it is just as well LOL What is the highest someone could have? 80%? 90%? LOL

You are doing great, keep it up :)

Good job! There are lots of ways to measure success. That's great.

Vel- the highest would be cutting yourself and having pork gravy flow out...

I guess I was always curious, but it looked too complicated with the calipers and the "ciphering"... this scale gives a quick, fairly accurate reading. It doesn't take any longer than weighing normally once you program in your height, age, and gender. It was under $50 and wouldn't you know it, right AFTER I bought it, another brand shows up at Target for $10 less...(I got mine at KMart.) <shrug> I'm very pleased with it. It's accurate, consistant, weighs to the tenth-pound, AND has buttons to play with! I love gadgets....
