Raspberry Ketones
 

Has anyone tried this in combination with a LC diet (Atkins)? I'd love to hear the good and the bad.

I've just been reading about it.. Sounds interesting, and also describes the breaking of fat in the same way as ketosis does.. so maybe it would be a good supplement.
Anyone tried it?

I bought some raspberry ketones about a month ago at Vitamin Shoppe. My husband takes them and has no side effects. In fact, he thinks they are helping him lose weight. I on the other hand, feel jittery if I take them. I know that doesn't make sense, but I've tried them three times now and I always start to feel nervous and jittery so I don't take them.
