Mrs. Sheila's gettin her groove on in the gym!
Yep I started back at the gym yesterday. I love working out after being in the classroom with little bitties all day! woohoo! I want to start walking on the treadmill at home too in the morning, but I am going to have to work on that. :lol: I also like my sleep!!
Tuesday: 25 minutes on the Precor Elipitical 20 minutes strength training ( abs, back, arms, inner thighs) One thing, I allow myself to use my B&BW stuff when I go to the gym, so it is almost like a treat!! :o K~ planning on going today as well! My overall plan is to Monday ~ Friday & maybe Saturday too ( but not sure. That is usually my lazy morning) |
