carbohydrate addicts

Hello !
I'm from Quebec city and I'm new here. I began the carbohydrate addicts diet one week ago. I'm glad to see I'm loosign weight but my afternoons are difficult. Around 3, I am very hungry and have to do big efforts not to go eating. I crave for something sweet. Is this normal in the beggining of the diet ?
I have one more question. I am suffering from hypoglycemia. When I was eating 6 meals a day I didn't experienced the symptoms but I was craving for carbohydrates and at one point I always cheated and had something full of sugar. Now, I feel some of the symptoms of hypoglycemia again but I'm not sure it's not from the stress I am experiencing right now ( I am planning to get a new job far away from where I'm living ). Or, is it the diet ?
Hope to ear from you soon !

Hi Viviane...

I am wondering if you have chosen the right plan for you...there are so many...I did CAD last year, and failed...not saying you will, but I was so addicted to the sugar....that I was still eating it for my reward meal, and that was my ultimate downfall...

If you look to the right of your screen you will see ..Which low-carb plan is right for me...maybe you should go in there and check out some of the others...I would think that if you feel you need 6 smaller meals...then CAD is not the plan for you...just my 2 cents.
