Fried Chicken Patties
Ingredients:
1 can (10 ounces) white chunk chicken 1/4 cup Almond Flour 1 egg salt & pepper 3 tbs butter Steps: 1. Drain the chicken, place it in a mixing bowl and mash it well. 2. Add the almond flour, egg, salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Form into 4 patties. 3. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Saute the patties in the butter, turning carefully, until very golden on both sides. This should take about 7-10 minutes for each side. Done! Yield: 2 servings Nutritional Info |
