Yep I guess thats what I am i have been on Atkins for just about 5 weeks and have only lost 6lbs, but do I care...NO :exclm:
because I feel goooooooooooooooooooood, I am enjoying what I eat, the amount and the fact that it no longer bothers me that I can not have 4 or 5 jam butties when I get home from work. (btw jam/jelly)...so as long as it comes of eventually and I carry on enjoying this new lifestyle, for me its working mentally. :D :D :D

I don't know about you, but five pounds in six weeks sounds to me like nearly a pound a week, and that's nothing to complain about! I think there are a lot of people out there who would be more than happy to be losing at that rate --
